12. How long can
Audio Mid Recorder record? |
Audio Mid Recorder can consecutively
record for as long as you like without interrupt, but you can record only 60 seconds
in the free trail version. If you want to record for unlimited time, please register
it. The registration fee is only $29.95. |
13.
Why do I get "unknown" mixers in my "Change Sound Source"? |
Recording
process is closely related to the sound card. Sound cards vary with different
types, your card needs to be full duplex first of all. We have a test utility
here for you to test your sound card. Will you please run this utility, capture
the result screen, and send us the picture? Thanks in advance. |

How to Record audio from Microphone? |
- Check
Your Hardware:
If your microphone
has never worked, or it stopped working, first check the physical connection of
the microphone. Verify that it is firmly plugged into the microphone port instead
of the headphone or speaker port. If you are not sure which port is correct, you
can check the sound card to see if it is marked (sometimes with a picture of a
microphone), you can use a process of elimination, check the documentation that
came with your hardware, or contact the hardware manufacturer. - Run
Audio Mid Recorder,Click New Button to create a new recording work,
- Set
the properties from the new recordining work window.
- Choose
the device "MIC" (Microphone) from the device combo box
- Click
"Record" button, and then speak into the microphone. If the microphone
is plugged into the correct jack, the wave patterns on the display should move
left and right. If it does not move, sound is not making it through your microphone.

15.
How to Record audio from Walkman/Discman? |
- Check
Your Hardware:
Connect the left and right audio-out terminals or or HeadPhone
terminals on the Walkman/Discman to the line-in or microphone terminal on the
sound card - Run Audio Mid Recorder,Click
New Button to create a new recording work,
- Set
the properties from the new recordining work window.
- Choose
the device "Line In" from the device combo box then play the Walkman/Discman.
- Click
"Record" button. If the line is plugged into the correct jack, the wave
patterns on the display should move left and right

How can I convert protected wma file to mp3 format? |

Open Audio Mid Recorder & Windows media player at the same time.

Select the Stereo Mix device or the equivalent from the device combo box on the
skin, adjust the recording volume for the highest possible performance.

Now start the playback of the windows media player and click the "Record"
button in Audio Mid Recorder. Adjust the volume setting by observing a wave pattern
display of the audio as it is playing.

When you want to stop recording, just click "Stop" button, and the destination
sound file is there.

17. How
to record RM/RAM/RA file or other steaming audio(internet radio) to MP3? |
- Open Audio Mid Recorder & Steaming
audio player at the same time.

Select the Stereo Mix device or the equivalent from the device combo box on the
skin, adjust the recording volume for the highest possible performance. You might
see other devices, such as CD-Player or Microphone, in the recording panel, uncheck
all non-essential devices, this cuts down background noise.

Now start the playback of the Real one player or the stream audio from Internet
and click the "Record" button in Audio Mid Recorder. Adjust the volume
setting by observing a wave pattern display of the audio as it is playing.

When you want to stop recording, just click "Stop" button, and the destination
sound file is there.

18. How
do I use Audio Mid Recorder to record from a LP or cassette? |
Audio
Mid Recorder can be used to record from any available source. Therefore, you should
make the necessary hardware connection from your stereo or other source device
to your sound card. Now, within Audio Mid Recorder, select the connection used
on your sound card as the input source for recording. Start playback on your stereo
or other device, and click the record button on the Audio Mid Recorder window.
When the audio content playback is complete, press Stop in Audio Mid Recorder,
and save the recording via the Save As command. You should keep in mind the frequency
at which recordings are saved. |
19. It
records well but plays back at either very slow speed (drawl), How can I fix this
problme? |

20.
How can I save what I have recorded? |
Press
"Save as" button, Select the folder you want to save your recording
file in the popup "save as" dialog box; Second, name the new file
and then click the "save" button on the dialog box; Third, after
you stop recording, your recording is automatically saves as the file you have
created. When there is no file
in the "Record List", or when you select check box 3 in Automatic Activation(Pause
automatic and restart recording with a new file) , the program will give a file
name automatically. |
21. How can I
find recorded file from my output folder |
You can double click
the file in the Recorder List, or use right click on the file in the Recorder
List and select "Goto the Folder". |
22.
I am having trouble downloading the software. It cuts off before the download
is finished. How can I get a complete copy of the software? |
Many
ISPs experience packet loss when downloading larger files. Other than trying the
download again at another time, you would likely have more success by using the
multiple-file download option on the downloads page. Most ISPs do not have problems
with files of this size. However, if you do have a problem with one of the files,
instead of having to re-download the entire package, you can download only that
one part again, which should work much better under this circumstance. |
23.
How do I put my recording back on a CD so I can play them in my CD Player? |
Simply
record to WAV-files . All CD Burning software I know of can burning WAV-files
as CD tracks. |
24. I have purchased a previous
version of Audio Mid Recorder in the past. How do I upgrade to the new version? |
In
About dialog, press check new version, a upgrade window will show, press update,
the program will be upgraded to new version if the program on your system is a
previous version, or you can link to our site http://www.audio-recorders.net
to download a new version. |
25. I have purchased
Audio Mid Recorder. What happens if I format my computer or my system crashes?
Will the Product ID change and my unlock code no longer work? |
With
the current version of Audio Mid Recorder, the Reg Name & Code does not change
if you format your computer or your system crashes. Therefore, your unlock code
is still valid, and you should not need new registration information,You only
backup your regname & reg code.. |
26. How
do I uninstall Audio Mid Recorder? |
To uninstall Audio Mid Recorder,
click Start from the Windows Taskbar, go into Settings/Control Panels/Add/Remove
Programs and select Audio Mid Recorder from the Install/Uninstall tab |
